The Administrator processes your personal data based on specific law:
- if the processing is necessary to perform the appointment agreement with you (to make a reservation) or to take action at your request before the conclusion of the contract - art. 6, point 1, letter b of the EU general data protection regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) of April 27, 2016 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 roku on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR),
- for the purpose necessary to perform the donation agreement on the basis of art. 6, point 1, letter b of the GDPR,
- for the purposes necessary to fulfill the Website's obligations under the tax law, on the basis of art. 6, point 1, letter c of the GDPR,
- when you are asked to consent to the processing of data for the purpose of the newsletter service - art. 6, point 1, letter a of the GDPR,
