Massages take place at the Anahata Tantra Temple in Warsaw.
The temple is a separate, specially arranged space within an apartment, used exclusively for tantric massages and spiritual practices such as meditation and yoga. When you arrive, you will be greeted. There is no waiting room, so we kindly ask you to come exactly at the scheduled time, not earlier.
Sometimes you will be welcomed only by the person who will perform your massage. At other times, another therapist who is not conducting the massage may also greet you. During the pre- and post-massage conversation, you will be alone with the therapist performing your massage.
Confidentiality regarding your personal information and the session itself is assured.
What does the Temple look like?
The temple is a space reminiscent of Tibetan temples. It features many elements, statues, images, candles, and wax, and does not resemble a typical "spa" in any way.
During the ritual, no offerings are made to anyone or anything. The energies represented by the images and statues are traditional to Tibetan Tantra, without any modern inventions or pseudo-tantric distortions. The most significant among them include: Achi Chökyi Drölma, Four-Armed Mahakala, Yellow Dzambala, Vajrasattva, White Tara, Green Tara, and the Medicine Buddha. The massage is always dedicated to the benefit of all sentient beings.
The massage takes place on a comfortable mattress on the floor.
